The Lady Taverners Royal Ascot Coronation Day at Chester Racecourse aimed to raise funds for children with special needs.
Tracy Warrington, Chairman of Lady Taverners Cheshire & North Wales, said: “This event has proven to be very popular with our supporters, over 170 guests sipped champagne whilst entertained by Clara Bloom, in the Champagne Bar’. Guests enjoyed a 3 course lunch whilst watching Royal Ascot live on huge screens around the room.
The event was sponsored by luxury Travel Agents Elegant Resorts, Excello Law, Smiths Honda & Boodles. Valerie Reid won a pair of stunning earrings from the Boodles Roulette Collection in the raffle. Mrs Vivian Rankin won the top auction prize donated by Elegant Resorts, a luxury weekend for two at The Grand Hotel Tremezzo, Lake Como.
