Another foodie festival weekend will be hosted by Gordale on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th February 2019 and is devoted to tasting and talking about glorious food and drink.
Award-winning celebrity Chef Paul Askew, along with BBC TV Chef Ellis Barrie team up for two lively and entertaining demonstration sessions per day (1pm & 3pm). See first hand how they effortlessly rustle up restaurant-style dishes for audience tasting! Cooking tips, food provenance and tastings will be in abundance to help you to re-create these impressive menus at home.
Plus on display will be over 30 purveyors of artisan produce in the Farmers’ Market. Stalls include Birling’s Confectionery, Hemingways, Harvie’s Pies and the Carslake Tea Company, with taste-bud temptations on sale throughout the weekend.
Paul Askew is a North West Food Champion, Chairman of Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and The Liverpool Restaurant Association. Ellis Barrie is BBC Great British Menu North West champion.
